One of my favourite little stores in Denmark. Their main purpose is information - everything from weeds, landscaping guides, wildlife, trails etc, but they also have a small collection of locally made bits n pieces (e.g. wood carvings, jewellery, artworks, honey etc) & books/guides. They have the best range of ID/field guides I know of; many specific to great southern/WA & others more generalised. Birds, orchids, geology, fishes, mammals (to name a few).

Wonderful spot with great gifts, local honey, and a fantastic selection of children’s and adult’s books on everything from wildflowers to permaculture to whale evolution. The staff were super lovely too.

Exploring Denmark WA? This is without a doubt the No.1 go to gift shop for all your books & cards. The range of books on the local natural history within the region your visiting and beyond is outstanding. Beautiful gift cards and also lots of brilliant childrens books. A place well deserving of your support. Not to be passed up.
